Regina Pozo Ruiz is a Curator and Creative Director shaping the cultural and aesthetic vision of luxury brands and projects, blending narrative, design, and innovation to create meaningful and memorable communication and experiences.
From 2008 to 2015, she served as Director and Chief Curator of Archivo Diseño y Arquitectura, a private foundation established by patrons Arch. Fernando Romero and Soumaya Slim de Romero. The institution was dedicated to collecting, exhibiting, and rethinking design in its various forms. Through research and deliberate acquisitions, the collection grew to over 3,000 objects, alongside a dynamic program of exhibitions and community activities. Under her leadership, Archivo became a pioneering institution in Mexico and a key reference for the global architecture and design community.
In 2015, she founded her own projects office and has since worked as a consultant for private collectors (Eye Collection), cultural institutions and platforms (British Council), and design studios in Mexico (Paola Calzada, Iñaki Echeverría) and abroad (Passa ao Futuro, Portugal; Arsenal Contemporary, Canada).
She is also the Founder and Creative Director of txt.ure (2015), a collaborative design brand focused on preserving Mexican design heritage and artisanal techniques while training a new generation of artisans.
From 2021 to 2025, Regina held the role of Experience Curator for Auberge Resorts Collection in Mexico, an ultra-luxury hospitality brand. At two of Auberge's Los Cabos properties, she played a key role in redefining resort culture, integrating sophisticated Mexican heritage into a luxury hospitality context, and designing one-of-a-kind, memory-driven experiences that connected with the destination.
She holds a B.A. in Art History from Universidad Iberoamericana (2008) and an M.A. in Art History with a specialization in Curatorial Studies from UNAM (2018). Continuing her pursuit of expertise, she is currently completing a Degree in Interior Design at CENTRO, Mexico City.
